I feel this way. We certainly can’t have bliss all the time but how we respond to those non-blissful moments makes all the difference. I make sure to take time in the morning to experience quiet and the potential of the day.
What a great idea! It would be worth taking a few moments away from the rush of the morning to experience a bit of quiet
Likewise! My favourite part of the day is early morning, just after dawn, when everyone else is asleep, the house is quiet, that’s MY time! I can potter around, read a little, have a quiet cup of tea, watch the sun come up….recharge myself for the rest of the hectic day!
